At Risen Fashion, each product is thoughtfully designed and custom-made exclusively for you. Because of this personalized approach, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since all of our items are made-to-order and crafted specifically for each customer, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction. We kindly ask you to double-check product details and sizing information before placing your order.
Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we are here to make it right.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- Contact us at post@risenfashionco within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll send a replacement or process a refund for the affected item.
Why can’t I return my item?
All of our products are custom-made to order, which means they are created just for you after purchase. Under EU consumer law, custom-made items are exempt from the standard 14-day return policy. This ensures we can offer unique, made-for-you designs while keeping waste to a minimum.
How to request a replacement or refund:
1. Email us at post@risenfashionco.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the problem
3. We’ll assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
